We know choosing the right school is one of the biggest decisions your family will make. Here are answers to the questions we hear most from prospective parents.
Safety is our highest-rated category. In our 2025 parent survey, families rated CBA safety 4.88 out of 5.0 — the highest score in any category. We maintain a secure campus with controlled entry points, and our staff personally greets every student at the door each morning. Our parents consistently tell us their children feel safe, seen, and cared for from the moment they arrive until they are picked up.
Biblical worldview is the #1 reason families choose CBA. Every subject, every conversation, every correction is rooted in Scripture. This is not a single Bible class added to the schedule — it is the lens through which everything is taught. Our families rated spiritual development 4.81 out of 5.0, and it was the most frequently cited enrollment driver in our 2025 survey. Teachers model godly character and invest in students beyond the classroom — at chapel, on the field, and in one-on-one conversations.
Small. Our low student-to-teacher ratios mean your child is known by name, challenged individually, and never lost in the crowd. With an average class size of about 15 students, our teachers know each child and tailor their approach to meet each student’s needs. Parents consistently cite small class sizes as a top reason they stay at CBA. This is not a school where your child is a number.
Our families rated academic quality 4.65 out of 5.0 and faculty as godly role models 4.68 out of 5.0 in our 2025 parent survey. Our faculty holds degrees in education and their subject areas, with many pursuing ongoing professional development. Teacher retention at CBA is exceptional — many educators have been with us for over a decade, providing consistency and deep relationships with families.
CBA tuition for 2026–2027 is $6,466 for grades K–5 and $6,566 for grades 6–8. But here is the good news: every Ohio family qualifies for the EdChoice Scholarship, which covers up to $6,166 per year for K–8 students. Most families pay only around $300–$675 out of pocket. Before July 1, 2026, CBA handles the EdChoice paperwork for you. After July 1, parents will manage the application through the new ClassWallet system. Visit our EdChoice Scholarship page or Tuition & Financial Aid page for full details.
Central Baptist Academy serves students in Kindergarten through 8th Grade. We have been providing Christ-centered education to Cincinnati families since 1968. Our campus is located at 7645 Winton Road, Building A, Cincinnati, OH 45224.

For details and to enroll, visit our After-School Program Enrollment form on the Parent Resources page. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM during the school year. You can reach us at (513) 521-5481.
The easiest way is to contact Mrs. Loftis at CBA. She will review your situation, confirm your eligibility, and walk you through the entire application process. CBA handles the school side of the paperwork so you don’t have to figure it out alone. Call 513-521-5481 or email admissions@centralbaptistacademy.org to get started.
ClassWallet is a new digital platform that Ohio is adopting for managing EdChoice scholarship funds starting July 1, 2026. After July 1, scholarship payments will be processed through ClassWallet and FACTS rather than the current system. If you apply before July 1, Mrs. Loftis will guide you through the current process CBA knows inside and out.
FACTS is a tuition management system that CBA will use in conjunction with ClassWallet after July 1, 2026. It handles tuition billing, payment plans, and financial aid processing. Current families will receive instructions on setting up their FACTS account before the transition.
Yes. If your child currently receives an EdChoice scholarship at another school, you can transfer it to CBA. Contact Mrs. Loftis through our inquiry form or call 513-521-5481, and she will help you through the transfer process.
